Our salesperson, Anthony Alfaro did a superb job in every respect. His knowledge of the product was excellent. He explained in detail of how everything on the vehicle worked and where every control was and how it operated. There was no question at all about his knowledge of the product. Along with his knowledge he was gracious, kind and helpful. Never did he use high pressure tactics to force a sale. Without a doubt, this young man is an asset to your organization. You would do well to keep him. When you can put a great product together with a great salesperson, you have a Win-Win situation.

We purchased a 2010 Insight at the end of February. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled in a collision. We had such a great experience in February with Arrowhead Honda & our sales rep Brian Alexander that, after learning the vehicle was totaled, I immediately contacted Brian. I explained over the phone what had happened, and that we wanted the exact same vehicle, color, body style, etc. Brian made sure that one was available, and had all the paperwork ready for me that evening when I arrived. When I worked with our Business Manager, Nick, he made that process very quick & efficient also, and was extremely personable. What a great way to help us out in a difficult situation. Everyone at this dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND my wildest expectations. I had recently bought another Honda at a different dealership in Scottsdale and was treated poorly so this was a nice change. Every person I came in contact with at your dealership including the receptionist had a great attitude and a "can do" attitude. It is nice to be respected regardless of what situations you are going through and not looked at differently. Troy in Sales did an amazing job of finding exactly the car we were looking for. He was even polishing it on the lot for us, not to mention, he programmed all our radio stations for us in the order we wanted them. I returned to Arrowhead Honda for this being my 6th lease and have been blessed to have Doug T as my sales rep each and every time. I seek him out for the transaction because I value who he is and his values and ethics. This most recent experience has been, by far, the best yet.. I had convinced myself to at least LOOK at another make/model since the CRV had not changed body style this year. That meant purchasing from someone else, but I told myself I owed it to at least look. I spent the better part of an afternoon being uncomfortable and wished I had made other decisions. Leaving that dealership I stopped back at Arrowhead and spoke to Doug briefly with the request to let me know options and such at his convenience. He gets to know his clients and was on the phone shortly thereafter with an offer and a vehicle for me. I arranged the transaction for the next morning and the rest is history. He cares about his clients and their needs and goes out of his wa y to make you feel important. We went to several dealerships before settling on Arrowhead. Dino was the reason we purchased the car! He never acted like a salesman, but a friend. Buying a car comes with a lot of stress and Dino's personality put us at ease. I also appreciated Thad and his straight forwardness. He was warm and friendly and wanted to make sure he communicated everything clearly. I like how simple he made the process. Craig also made the financing entertaining. It was nice to finance a car through someone who did not have the personality of an accountant.
